Development at Clongriffin, Donaghmede in North Dublin formed part of a wider effort to construct a new suburban town with a range of facilities to the north of Dublin City.
The Trust owns 158 homes across Beaupark, Main Street and Marrsfield Avenue and has had a presence at Clongriffin since 2006. The Iveagh Trust manages a further 55 homes at Clongriffin for Dublin City Council.
A major scheme of 84 new homes on Clongriffin Main Street was completed in October 2019 taking the total number of Iveagh Trust homes in the Clongriffin area to 213.
As with many Iveagh Trust schemes, staff both live and work in the Clongriffin development helping to provide a quality estate management service to our residents there, seven-days, year-round.
