Normal Rent Payment Resumes from Monday April 13th.
As government restrictions to help combat Coronavirus Covid-19 are set to continue until at least April 12th, estate offices will remain closed to tenants until further notice in order to protect both tenants and staff. Three of the non-chargeable rent weeks have been brought forward. The fourth non-chargeable rent week will now also be brought forward, meaning that no charge will be applied to your account for the week commencing April 6th.
All tenants with internet banking are asked to pay their rent by bank transfer. If you do not have internet banking, but do have a bank account, you can pay your rent over the phone using your debit card, or through the Iveagh Trust website, beginning April 13th. Full details of how to pay your rent on-line have been sent to all tenants this week, please contact us if you have not received your copy.
If you are already paying your rent by standing order or bank transfer, no changes are required and please continue to do so as usual.
We hope that the non-chargeable rent weeks have been of some assistance to residents at this challenging time.
If you find yourself unable to pay your rent for whatever reason as normal rent payment resumes, please do get in touch with us to discuss your situation.
