Following the decision of the Government to close schools, universities and the advice that everyone should limit their social interaction, the Trust has taken a number of decisions to protect tenants and staff.
Three of the four non-chargeable rent weeks will be moved forward, effective from Friday 13 March. The rent offices will close for a 3-week period and no charge will be applied to your account for the weeks commencing Monday 16th, Monday 23rd and Monday 30th of March.
The rent offices may remain closed for a 4th week if necessary and we will update you again should that arise. We understand that tenants may have difficulty with payment during this unprecedented period and we hope that moving the non-chargeable weeks forward will be of some assistance while also helping to limit social interaction.

Remember you live in a close-knit community and we must all play our part. For example, please ensure that any household rubbish is tightly bagged or double bagged where necessary and placed securely in the bins provided. If you or a member of your family are asked to self-isolate, please take every pre-caution and follow the advice from the HSE rigidly.
Thank you all for your cooperation. This will be a challenging time for Iveagh Trust communities, please be assured that the Trust will work hard to ensure the safety and well being of all our residents.
