Officially opened in June 2005, the Applewood Estate in Swords, Co. Dublin was the Trust’s first venture outside the Dublin City boundary.
The development comprises 109 homes; a mix of 1 & 2 bed apartments, together with 3 bed duplex townhouses.
Iveagh Trust staff both live and work in Applewood, helping to provide a quality estate management service to residents seven-days, year-round.
An elected Residents’ committee meets regularly with the Director of Housing to discuss any issues that arise on the tenant’s behalf.
