Estate Management

Since the first tenants moved into the Iveagh Trust buildings in Bull Alley in 1903, the Trust has provided on site housing management to tenants 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

This intensive management is provided by the Estate Managers and Caretakers who live and work on each of our estates, ensuring that all tenants are able to receive the best possible service from people they know and trust.

Estate offices on all estates further enhance interaction between tenants and estate managers while community facilities help to foster community spirit. Traditionally, the Iveagh Trust has gone beyond providing just the basic housing management services and it continues to arrange a variety of activities for tenants, both young and old.

Elected representative groups on all of our estates meet regularly with our Director of Housing to raise and resolve any issues of concern.
