Funding secured for 84 units in Clongriffin

The Board of Trustees are very pleased to confirm that the Iveagh Trust has secured funding to acquire 84 units in Clongriffin.

The funding will be provided by the Housing Finance Agency, leveraged against CALF finance from the Department of Housing. Adjacent to the Trust’s existing development of 130 apartments at Clongriffin, these units will be acquired under Part V of the Planning and Development Act. The Trust looks forward to working closely with the developer, Gannon Homes, as we deliver these high quality units for people on the housing waiting list.
